AppFolio and Buildium are strong residential property managers — primarily for the US market. propGOTO covers residential, commercial, coworking, FM, township, and workplace across a single platform with built-in accounting. It's also purpose-built for the Gulf and South Asian regulatory environments, where those platforms have no native compliance. If you manage only US residential, those tools may suit you. If your portfolio is broader — or your market isn't the US — propGOTO is the more complete choice.
We assign a dedicated onboarding manager from day one. The typical process: data migration and environment setup (week 1–2), configuration and workflow mapping (week 2–3), user training and UAT (week 3–4), go-live. For complex portfolios with multiple entities, this extends to 6–8 weeks. Our average across all clients is 30 days. Implementation costs are included in the setup fee — there are no separate SI or consultancy charges.
Yes. The suite is fully modular — you activate what you need and expand from there. Many clients start with LeaseGOTO or FacilitiesGOTO and add further products as their operations grow. BooksGOTO (accounting) is included at no additional cost regardless of which modules you activate.
Genuinely mobile-first. The platform was designed for the experience to work on a phone before it works on a desktop — not retrofitted. Field engineers can raise and close work orders, capture inspection photos, and get sign-offs on-site. Property managers can approve invoices, view dashboards, and communicate with tenants from any device. There's no separate "mobile app" — it's the same platform.
It's a fair question and one we take seriously. Yardi and MRI have decades of history — we don't. What we do have is live deployments across four markets, a production-grade platform (not a pilot), and a roadmap that reflects where the industry is going rather than where it has been. We're also not weighed down by legacy architecture decisions made in the 1990s. Being newer means we built for today's workflows — not yesterday's.
